How do I join?+
Fill out the 60-second application. We text you within 24 hours to set up a quick call, make sure it's a fit, and get you set up. Only 6 spots are open right now, reviewed in the order they arrive.
What does "daily 1-on-1 chat access" actually mean?+
You get a private chat with Roel and Dylan (Slack or WhatsApp, your pick). Message us any day. We aim to respond within a few hours during business days. If you're on a call and need a quick script check, send it. If you're negotiating and want a gut check, send it.
Is this really a one-time payment?+
Yes. One payment, no monthly billing, no upsell tier hidden behind this one. You pay once, you get lifetime access to the chat, the monthly lives, and every resource we build going forward.
What if I'm a complete beginner?+
You're the ideal fit. Most of our students had never closed a wholesale deal when they joined. Start with the free resources, then step up to coaching when you want direct access. We'll meet you where you are.
Do you refund?+
If you sit through your first monthly live and legitimately don't see the value, email us within 14 days and we refund you. That's the honest answer. But if you never message, never show up to the live, and then ask for a refund at day 13, no.
How do I pay?+
After your application call, we send a secure Stripe payment link. Credit card, debit, ACH, or Apple Pay. Access to the chat and the next live drops within 24 hours after payment clears.
