Is Payper2Profit a course or actual coaching?+

Both. You get the full curriculum on demand, plus direct access to me through weekly calls and a private channel for live deal review. The course is the foundation. The coaching is what gets you across the finish line.

Do I need money to start wholesaling?+

Less than most people think, but more than zero. You need enough for skip tracing, basic marketing, and earnest money on a contract. We walk through realistic budgets on the call.

How long until I close my first deal?+

Depends entirely on you. Students who run the daily activity targets we give them typically contract their first deal in 60–120 days. Students who don't, don't.

What does it cost?+

We discuss pricing on the call after we've reviewed your application. It's priced so one closed assignment covers it. We're not the cheapest option, and we're not trying to be.

What if I'm not local in the market?+

Doesn't matter. We've got students wholesaling in markets we've never set foot in. The fundamentals are the same everywhere: finding motivated sellers, comping the deal, locking up buyers.
